This  site is purely a form of self expression and healing for myself. I will be posting my experiences. I may be posting some of my fictional works and poetry later. I will be posting music and videos that have helped me. I will be posting informational videos on mental illness, coping skills, and other topics pertaining to growth and healing. I am in no way a doctor or therapist or professional of any kind. I only have my experiences, decades of therapy, and personal research to guide me. If what helps me, also helps you or gives you the courage or push you may have needed to leave a bad situation or seek therapy or help for yourself, then I would love to hear about it.
